This hotel is housed in a typical Sicilian farmhouse consisting of three unit: the main building houses the main facilities and rooms and is arranged over two levels, while the secondary units have ground floor rooms. It includes a lobby, a reception, a reading room, a TV lounge and a winter lounge with fireplace.

There are also a dairy farm producing ricotta cheese and a ceramic workshop.
