The hotel was built in 2002, completely renovated in 2024, 2 buildings, 6-7floors, 5 elevators (2 of them panoramic), 330 units.

Apartments one-bedroom (min. 2+0;max 3+1/2+2). appr. 43 sq.m. Furnished as the rooms, but very spacious withseparate bedroom /king-size bed/. In the living room –armchair and double sofa bed. Two bathrooms with a shower. Parkview.
All units arewith central A/C, sat TV, mini fridge, telephone, bathroom with shower andhairdryer, furnished balcony. Wi-Fi (free), safety deposit box (free of charge).
